Here is James Jordan’s take on one of the key messages to the seven churches in Revelation 2-3. After reading through these chapters again, I agree with him. 

“Jesus has one overall message to all the churches [in Revelation]: you need to kick some people out! The message is that church discipline must be exercised and exercised without qualms, or else Jesus Himself will come and do it—and that is not a desirable outcome!
